I ordered a Forte from Amazon, in May and 2 days before scheduled delivery the order was cancelled.When do you expect to get Fortes back in?

Will Urbano or Via support 260 lbs rider?

@Benjamin Chen I am unclear. Are you saying that a guy my size would do ok on a Via or Urbano or do you suggest I wait until the Forte arrives. I am willing to buy which ever is available, but if it is going to break because of my weight that is no good. I suppose I could by one and then return it under your policy within 30 days and hope you have the Forte.

@Peter Wodinsky, I got a Via at 255 and it's been fine. There's a risk of pinch flats and over time the weight will be harder on the frame. That's it. It's not acting weird. It's not unrideable for me. Seems totally fine. As a rep pf the company, he's pointing you to video that shows how the bike performs with a rider over the bike's weight capacity. For a plethora of liability reasons he can't tell you to take the risk, it'll be fine. Neither can I. I can only tell you that I've had no problems and anticipate none with it.

eta: I spoke with a bike shop who changed the seats and added liners to the tires for me and they spoke highly of the quality of the bike.

Hi @Peter Wodinsky The load limit for the Via and Urbano is 240 LBS. You're just above that limit. However, the Forte would be a good fit as the load limit for the Forte is 300 LBS. Let us know if you have any other questions. Tony

ZiZZO just receive one shipment. There are few Urbano and VIA is available on www.zizzo.bike We are working very hart try to stocking. For month of June and July, we are receiving few shipments then normal at current situation. We try to full restocking by August of this year. Thanks you!

Hi Peter Thank you for your post and to all that have been affected by a cancellation, we do apologize. This Spring has been an incredibly busy time for the cycling industry. The demand for bikes has been high.

Because of the high demand, retailers like Amazon, Costco, Walmart etc have had some challenges keeping up with the demands.

We are working with our partners and factory to bring in new bikes as quickly as possible. We hope to have our warehouse and third party retail partners restocked by July. Tony

Same here! Ordered in may and was informed of it being delayed on the day it was supposed to be delivered. I was sad :(

I ordered a Campo from Amazon in May and the day it was suppose to be shipped the order was delayed and no information was given on when it would be shipped from Amazon.
