Just got my bike today & bike man put it together. Took it home, locked the frame & now cannot for the life of me unlock it. I cannot get that little silver ball to move. Is there a knack to this?

Hello Rosalie
Tony from ZiZZO Bikes. We've been working together to take care of your bike. I want to address your question in the forum, so if anyone else experiences your same issue, they'll know what to do.
A "sticky" secondary lock can various causes. Typically we would have the customer fill out a warranty claim form attaching as many images as they feel would best help describe what is going on (https://zizzo.bike/pages/zizzo-warranty-claim). After we receive the form, we will follow up with a call or any email.
Once we are able to identify the cause, we will come up with a solution that will get you back up and running in a timely manner.
If you have any questions, you can always reach out to us at 1-800-346-6360 or info@euromini.bike.
