Begin by disconnecting the brake system. Do this by squeezing the two brake arms together by hand. Do not use the brake levers at the handlebar, but rather pinch them together. Next, "thread the brake cable through the brake bridge. This will open up the brake pads to allow the tire to slide through.
For front wheels: after the brakes are disconnected, loosen the axle nut on both sides of the bike. Loosen enough so that the wheel can drop freely (on the URbano and Via models). For the Campo: After you have loosened the axle nuts, disconnect the washers that hold the wheel in place from the fork.
For rear wheels: After the brakes have been disconnected, shift the bike into the HIGHEST GEAR. this will allow you to remove the rear wheel without bouncing the chain though all the cogs.
The rear wheel should drop out of the bike (if up on a stand).
That's it!
