Seat falls while riding

Hi,

I bought my VIA back in 2021 and since the beginning I have had problems with my seat sliding down while riding. I had someone adjust it once and it was fine but today while riding it kept slipping. What's the fix?

Hi, My problem is the same as Stephanie's - I just got my new Campo and the seat is constantly slipping as I ride. The solution would be to tighten the screw with the plastic head with pliers but I'm afraid I might strip it. Is this normal?

OK now I'm embarassed...I just found Tony's video............Nevermind LOL!

This is an awesome bike, my first time on a folder. I'll be giving a review on Amazon after my summer adventure.

Was able to fix it by turning the plastic piece.
