Hello Nate
Removal of the Bottom Bracket (BB) is no small task, unfortunately. To remove the BB on the Urbano, you will need an 8mm Allen Wrench to remove the crank arm bolts (this is the easiest part).
After removing the crank arm bolts, you will need a specialized tool called a crank arm puller (Park Tool CCP-22 Crank Puller for Square Taper Cranks)
With the crank arms removed, you will need a BB tool (Park Tool BBT-22 Bottom Bracket Tool).
That's basically it. You should be very aware that this part of the part is very delicate (the threads of the bottom bracket shell are small, closely spaced and VERY soft (aluminum, vs steel of the bottom bracket cups). If you cross thread the cups when reinstalling, you can damage the frame and may not notice until it is too late.
Our best recommendation is to take the bike to your local bike shop and have them remove and install the new one. It typically cost about $30 in labor (which is less than the cost of the tools.)
