Is this fixable or do I need to replace the stem?

Hi, I have the zizzo liberte.

Bumped my bike while leaving thru the door and the secondary safety lock came off :(

I found the screw and the metal part but I feel like I'm missing a spring or something.

Is it possible for me to fix this myself? Or will I have to get the entire alloy stem replaced? Thanks.
